Located in Bridgeport, the Helping Hand Center operates a ten bed group residence and a ten unit scattered site housing program. Mid-Fairfield AIDS Project
MFAP operates a scattered site housing program for adults and families in Norwalk, Westport, Weston, and Wilton. The agency provides case management and advocacy services, individual and family counseling, support groups, transportation, a food pantry, food vouchers, computer/library access, and emergency financial aid. Regional Network of Programs/Prospect House
Located in Bridgeport, the program provides emergency shelter and scattered site housing for people who are homeless and living with HIV/AIDS. Prospect House also operates an eight bed transitional living center for people who are homeless, living with HIV/AIDS and who have psychiatric and substance abuse disorders. The programs for people living with HIV/AIDS at St. Luke's are coordinated under the auspices of Bread & Roses. The Bread & Roses programs provide services at three residences, the McKinney Residence in Stamford for single adults; and Bread & Roses in Georgetown, and McKinney Residence in Fairfield for families.
